The short version
The app has no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. It does not send your data to us or to anyone else. It is made by Byte Bridges Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
What the app stores on your device
- Training records: exercises, routines, workouts, sets, weights, reps, notes, goals, daily challenges, training levels, XP and badges.
- Preferences: weight unit, default rest time, colour scheme, reminder settings and whether the “60 or over” option is on. No date of birth is stored.
All of it lives in the app’s private storage on your phone. If you use iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup, your phone may include the app’s data in that backup under Apple’s terms; we cannot read it.
What the app does not do
- It does not ask for your name, email address or any identifier.
- It does not connect to our servers or to any third-party service.
- It does not use analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising or tracking.
- It does not read your contacts, photos, location or health data.
Notifications for a finished daily challenge or a rest timer are scheduled and shown on your phone by iOS. They never leave the device.
TestFlight and the App Store
If you install the app through TestFlight, Apple may collect crash logs and usage statistics under Apple’s own privacy terms and may share them with us in aggregate. Feedback you send through TestFlight goes to Apple and then to us. We use it only to fix and improve the app.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app from your phone deletes everything it stored. There is nothing to delete on our side, because nothing was ever sent to us.
Changes
If a future version ever adds a feature that sends data off the device, such as sync or a leaderboard, this page will be updated before that version is released and the app will ask you before turning it on.
